A few weeks ago I got to "flower sit" for Brittany. She and her family live just down the hall from us but our apartment gets a little more of the bright, west-facing sun than theirs. So in effort to keep the pretty little things alive she wheeled them down to our corner of the building. And of course I had to take pictures.
She grew them for decoration for the women's retreat that our church held a couple weeks ago. I wasn't able to make it (stupid work, ugh), but I'm holding out for next year. The forks all had different bible verse references on them. Such a cute idea. She's one crafty lady.
This guy. He sure is handsome. And boy do I love him. Yesterday was our four month anniversary! That doesn't seem like a very long time, but its already been so much fun being married to him and I can't wait for what else this year brings.
Last thing. My hair doesn't do this ^ anymore because I chopped it even shorter! Ah! Never thought I would love a short hair cut but I'm definitely loving it. I've had some people tell me I look older with it. Finally! Most people still think I'm sixteen or something.
