Just wanted to show off my beautiful new Linus bike. Its the best!

Speaking of bikes, I'm having an ART SHOW at THE HUB to display some of my photography
Whoooo!

811 N. Booneville, just north of Chestnut. Come check it out during the whole month of August!!!

Also, just wanted to share the progress of my room after moving into the new apartment! Its slowly getting there.
I'm loving my vanity space. yayyy!

And what do you do when you have no closet door?? Hang vintage curtains of course. Thanks for the idea, Lesley via Skyler. :)

Happy weekend and don't forget to come to the Hub sometime in August!

Hey guys!

I know Haley has updated you with some pictures of our new apartment, but I'm going to post pictures too!   And the house is ever-changing, so I'm sure we'll consistently be letting you know how cute it looks...I know you're dying to see every little thing we change, right? Right.

Those frames are my spray paint projects for this week! Along with some outdoor stools that I found at STD east for $2!! I'm painting the stools red. I thought my porch could use some color!

Garage sales have been my best friend lately. So many great finds! Including those frames and the gold floor lamp. The best ever! Got some great stuff this morning at an estate sale. Pictures soooooon!

Here's some goofiness from a couple weeks ago...

Get a bubble mirror. You'll never be bored!

And some night time experimental photos from the front porch...

...and last but definitely not least, my beautiful friend Lesley and little Ellie inside her tummy.

Off to buy some new shoes for my friend's wedding I'm in next weekend (yay for excuses to buy new shoes!), hang with the boy tonight, and then finalize last few plans for the bachelorette party tomorrow night! Wooo, weekend!

in celebration of a clean room

Guys! My room is clean. Its a good day. See, my room keeps collecting all these things and I just don't know where its all coming from! Um, okay I do know. I LOVE thrifting. This is confession time. I buy too many things. But when I see that little owl on the shelf or that way cool pillow sitting there, I can't help but pick it up and take it home with me (I pay for it first).

(I try to justify it by saying, "Well once Isaac and I get married, then I'll have a whole house to spread it out in!" That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.)

So, I get the cute, new item home to my little room and squeeze into an empty spot, which there aren't many open spots left, and then before I know it, my room is a disaster. BUT! I got really motivated the other day and organized A LOT of it. Its so great.

Stay tuned in to see some of my vintage items that I've purchased lately. Oh man! They're good.

You guys have thrift store addictions too, right?? Please say yes.
:)
